The resort had a great variety of amenities, including a spa and multiple pools to enjoy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when there was an issue with the bed in our room. They quickly rectified the matter and even sent champagne and treats to our room. Additionally, the grounds and overall appearance of the resort were well-maintained and beautiful.
The check-in process was very frustrating.
